Popularly known as EQDC (Electronics & Quality Development Centre) established, by Govt. of Gujarat. & under STQC (Standardization Testing and Quality Certification) Programme, Dept. of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Govt. of India working in the state of Gujarat.

With primary objective at the time of EQDC’s inception – “Helping electronics industries in the Electronics Estate, GIDC, Gandhinagar, Gujarat”, it has widened it’s vision “To provide world class services in Calibration, Testing and Training in Quality awareness”. This has resulted in to it’s image of Laboratory of National repute, and Nation wide customer base.

With mission “To be key facilitator in making industries / organizations and users, to achieve their quality products/processes by meeting compliance to National and International standards and compete globally, by providing calibration, Testing and Quality services”. EQDC has scaled new heights in terms of Calibration, Testing facilities/ infrastructure & turn over.

The initial turn over for the year 1999-2000 was Rs 19 Lac, which now has touched Rs 4.2 Cr for the year 2009-2010.

This has been possible with committed work force, which could be teamed up during EQDCs vibrant leadership.
